Visit the Farm:
The Cheese Shop opens Saturday, April 13! Our hours are from 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. on Thursdays, and 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Saturdays. Please limit your visit to these times only; the rest of the time we are busy making cheese and are unable to accommodate visitors. 

The Cheese Shop is located at 57 Noble Rd in Fairview, NC. If you are travelling from Asheville, take I-240 east to 74-A east towards Lake Lure. Continue on 74-A for about seven miles. After you pass Hot Dog King, take a slight left onto Village Rd., and then take your first left onto Noble Rd. You'll see us just around the curve--the Cheese Shop is at the front of the Creamery to your left, facing the road. 

While we do hope to offer tours and classes in the future, we're not there yet. Your best bet for those things is to contact Round Mountain Creamery, a farmstead dairy and cheesemaking facility, in nearby Black Mountain for group visits. Otherwise, we look forward to seeing you at the Cheese Shop!
